Topshop Nail Polish in Buff

I'm a total sucker for anything pastel blue at the moment, so it's unsurprising that this Topshop polish is one of my new favourites! I picked up Buff (£5) yesterday during a procrastishop, along with Magpie (a holo glitter polish, £6) and the ring in the last photo (£6.50).

Buff is a very pale blue that looks almost white or grey in certain lights (although you can see a clear difference when you compare it to my ring). I haven't had chance to test it extensively yet but initial observations would suggest that it goes with just about everything. It's a gorgeous neutral shade that still manages to be summery, and would probably look incredible setting off a tan (at least, I imagine it would, because I'm currently hovering at about a Casper the Friendly Ghost on the pale scale).

The polish itself is quite pigmented and only needs about two coats to go fully opaque. I topped it off with some of my brand new Seche Vite, which is proving to be a total game changer (no more instantly destroyed manicures!) I might give Magpie a whirl at some point, but for now I can't stop staring at my nails. This polish might even break the four day record...
